My wife and I paid to walk on the pier. Literally walked outside and it started raining so we could not walk the pier, so turned around and walked 25 ft back in. The bald-headed gentleman behind the counter refused to return our money even when we explained to him we would spend it somewhere else within the store. He saw that I had a female with me which are very particular about walking in the rain. Otherwise the rest of the staff was great. The bald-headed gentleman crossed his arms and refused to call the manager to ask for permission for a refund for the reuse of the money within the store. Not much empathy or being able to work with customers. Very important when running a business. I doubt the $4 was worth a bad review, especially when the $4 was going to be spent plus more within the store. Doesn't make sense. Let's think about the customer again and having a family friendly atmosphere, not Nazi Germany.
